Hi, I have a warmblood yearling who is showing signs of incoordination behind and the vet thinks he could be a possible wobbler. I've read online that vitamin e can help? Just wondering if you've heard this before and how much to feed etc. Many thanks katy
Therapeutic levels of vitamin E (3,000 – 5,000 IU per day) may be helpful in minimizing oxidative damage to the spinal cord. I am not sure in reality how helpful the Vitamin E will be but could be worth a try. I would suggest Gold Label Vitamin E. There are 500iu in a scoop. The therapeutic dose is high so you would need to feed 6-10 scoops a day to be worthwile.

This is a good supplement for you to try, though results will depend on exactly what has caused the symptoms you have noticed in the past. Causes can vary. You can give this product for a while and see how things go. It will not cause any trouble and has a reasonable chance of helping.
